Intro Call
30-min video call with a team member to get to know each other and answer your questions.
Take-home / Interview
A practical, paid take-home task (max 3 hours) or a technical interview, depending on role.
Offer
Final conversation with a founder, then a written offer within 48 hours of your final interview.
